We are asking for donations to Carers Trust to support the running of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Young Carers and Young Adult Carers and to enable young carers to have their voices heard by decision-makers nationally through the Young Carers Alliance. It is an initiative that Jenny was particularly keen on and active in. It has a well-documented ability to bring about change and provides the opportunity for Young Carers from across the UK to be involved at the heart of the political process and influence outcomes that will affect their futures.
